近些年来，我校国际交流与合作不断扩大和深化。先后与美国、德国、法国、新加坡、韩国、印尼、印度、马来西亚、泰国、孟加拉、尼泊尔、等国家以及中国香港中国台湾地区的40余所院校和教育培训机构建立了长期友好合作关系，共同实施教师培训、学生交换、学历提升、联合科研等不同层次和规模的交流与合作。近年已有500余名师生前往国境外学习交流，500余名国境外专家、学者、学生来校讲学或访问。

In recent years, the international exchanges and cooperation of our college have been continuously expanded and deepened. We has established long-term friendly cooperative relations with over 40 colleges in USA, Germany, France, Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Nepal and other countries as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan. We carry out exchanges and cooperation at different levels and scales, such as teacher training, student exchange, academic qualification promotion and joint scientific research. Recently, more than 500 teachers and students have gone abroad to study and exchange, and more than 500 foreign experts and scholars have come to our college to give lectures or visit.

学校招收“一带一路”沿线国家留学生，人才培养模式及人才培养质量得到生源国高度认可。2013年，率先招收“一带一路”沿线国家留学生，先后招收培养建筑工程技术和服装设计与工艺专业学历生110余名及5名汉语进修生，国别涉及老挝、巴基斯坦、俄罗斯、加纳，其中50余名学生已学成毕业。经过多年的投入、研究、探索、改进与实践，已经形成受到生源国高度认可的高职人才培养范式。老挝南塔省教育厅先后多次表彰我校教师和教学成果。留学生在中国-东盟汉字听写大赛、外国人汉语演讲比赛、中国-东盟首届学生技能大赛等竞技比赛中获得团体一等奖及多个个人单项奖。近两年，多家省内外兄弟院校到我校学习交流招生教学和管理经验。2018年招收留学生58人，国别增加孟加拉、塔吉克斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦。

We recruits foreign students from the countries along the “Belt and Road”, and the talent training mode and quality are highly recognized by the source countries. In 2013, it was the first time to recruit overseas students from the countries along the “Belt and Road”, and has successively recruited more than 110 students who majored in architectural engineering technology and fashion design and technology and 5 Chinese language students. They were from Laos, Pakistan, Russia and Ghana, among which more than 50 students have graduated. After years of research, exploration, improvement and practice, it has formed a high vocational talent training paradigm highly recognized by the source countries. The education department of Nanta Province in Laos has repeatedly praised the teachers and teaching achievements of our school. International students have won the first prize of the group and several individual prizes in the China-ASEAN Chinese Dictation Competition, Chinese Speech Contest for Foreigners and the first China-ASEAN Student Skills Competition and other competitions. For the past two years, some peer colleges have come to our school to exchange the experience of recruiting, teaching and managing. In 2018, there were 58 foreign students, which included three new countries --- Bangladesh, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

学校搭建国际文化艺术交流平台，大力传播中国传统文化和四川非遗文化，累计培训国际友人近2000人。2015年起，学校连续四年举办的年度“一带一路”国际文化艺术周，为学校赢得了良好口碑，扩大了国内外影响力，业已成为四川省教育国际文化体验系列活动之一，四川省服务“一带一路”的品牌之一。艺术周充分利用学校现有的中国传统技艺文化和非遗项目，以学校特色专业为基础，立项建设了手工印染、蜀锦蜀绣、少数民族服饰、书画篆刻等25门国际交流特色课程；本着“以我为主，兼收并蓄”的原则，依托学校相关专业、机构和工作室，以“开放、交流、共享”为主题，通过举办国际艺术作品展、非遗技艺工作坊、国际艺术论坛、校园国际时尚秀等活动，促进“一带一路”沿线国家的文化艺术交流和文明互鉴。艺术周先后吸引了来自泰国、韩国印尼、印度、加纳、马来西亚、老挝、尼泊尔、巴基斯坦、孟加拉、埃塞俄比亚等近20个国家的师生、艺术家来蓉共襄文化艺术盛宴。2018年学校牵头成立“一带一路”国际艺术教育联盟。

We has built an international cultural and art exchange platform, vigorously spreading Chinese traditional culture and Sichuan intangible cultural heritage culture, and training nearly 2,000 international friends. The annual “Belt and Road” International Culture and Art Week held by the school for four consecutive years has won a good reputation for the school and expanded its influence at home and abroad. It has become one of the educational international cultural experience series activities in Sichuan Province and one of the brands serving “Belt and Road” in Sichuan Province. Taking full advantage of the existing traditional Chinese skills and culture and intangible cultural heritage programs of the school, the Art Week established 25 special international communication courses, including handicraft printing and dyeing, Shu Brocade and Embroidery, minority costume, calligraphy and seal carving on the basis of the specialty of the school; in line with the principle of taking me as the main and learning from others, relying on relevant majors, institutions and work rooms of school, with the theme of opening, exchanging and sharing, we have held activities such as the International Art Exhibition, Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Workshop, Global Art Forum and Campus International Fashion Show to promote cultural and art exchanges and mutual learning among countries along the “Belt and Road”. Art Week has attracted teachers and artists from nearly 20 countries, including Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, India, Ghana, Malaysia, Laos, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, etc. In 2018, the “Belt and Road” International Art Education Alliance was led by our school.

学校举办中英合作办学项目（艺术设计），同时引进和利用英方优质师资和教学资源，营造国际化学习氛围，使我校艺术设计类专业教育得以和国际标准或者范式接轨，亦促进了师资国际化水平的提升。切实带动教育教学改革，辐射和反哺作用明显。

We have developed Sino-British cooperative education program (art design), at the same time, we have introduced and made use of the British high quality teachers and teaching resources to build international learning atmosphere, promote the major of art design in our school education to catch the international standards, as well as the teachers' internationalization level of ascension. We can see the obvious radiation and feedback effect by driving the education teaching reform.

学校紧跟产业转移，为“一带一路”国家的纺织服装产业园区提供人才技术供给解决方案，为“走出去”企业提供纺织服装技术支持、员工培训及培养本土化人才。学校与埃塞俄比亚巴哈达尔大学纺织与服装科技院签署博士生培养协议，埃方聘请我校相关领域教授担任博士生导师；与印尼UGM大学开展教师联合教学科研项目，开展中印英语教学体系比较研究；学校与日本饭店协会合作，挂牌成立酒店实习基地；与老挝经济特区管委会合作在老挝磨丁经济特区挂牌成立实训基地。同时，学校受邀在柬埔寨成立“成都纺专·柬埔寨万盛印染洗水环保工业园印染新技术开发中心”和“成都纺专·柬埔寨万盛印染洗水环保工业园纺织服装人力资源培训与服务中心”，四位教师获聘万盛工业园技术专家。学校鼓励并支持教师担任国际会议组织、专业学术委员会、企业园区等机构成员，目前已有7位专业教师担任了国际会议组委委员、园区技术顾问及国际期刊编委。学校将继续拓展学生海外实习就业，加大服务“走出去”企业力度；和当地政府、中资企业合作，为园区培养本土化人才、提供技术培训与咨询，为走出去中资企业提供技术支持、员工培训，积极拓展与沿线国家和地区进行技术交流、技术开发、成果转移和转化的渠道。

We follows the industrial transfer closely and provides solutions for providing talents and technologies to textile and garment industrial parks in countries along the “Belt and Road”, and provides technical support of textile and garment, staff training and training of localized talents for enterprises going abroad. Our school has signed a doctoral training agreement with the Textile and Garment Science and Technology College of Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia. The Ethiopian side has invited professors in related fields of our college as doctoral supervisors; have carried out a joint teaching and research project with UGM University in Indonesia, and conducted a comparative study on the English teaching system between China and Indonesia; we have cooperated with the Japan Hotel Association to set up the hotel practice base; in cooperation with the administrative committee of the special economic zone of Laos, the training base was set up in boding special economic zone of Laos.

At the same time, the school was invited to set up the Chengdu Textile College & Cambodia Wansheng Printing and Dyeing New Technology Development Center of Printing and Dyeing Washing Water Environmental Protection Industrial Park and Chengdu Textile College & Cambodia Wansheng Human Resources Training and Service Center for Textile and Garment of Printing and Dyeing Washing Water Environmental Protection Industrial Park, and four teachers were employed as technical experts in Wansheng industrial park. The school encourages and supports teachers to serve as members of international conference organization, Professional academic committee, enterprise zone and other institutions. At present, 7 professional teachers have served as the member of the international conference committee, technical adviser of the park and editor of international periodicals. We will continue to expand students' overseas internship and employment, and increase services to go global enterprises; cooperate with local government and Chinese-funded enterprises to provide technical training and consultation for the cultivation of local talents in the zone, provide technical support staff training for Chinese-funded enterprises going abroad, and actively expand channels for the transfer and transformation of technological exchanges and development achievements with countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”.
