Architectural  Engineering Department

General Introduction

 

  Building Engineering Department has four staff rooms:Building Technology Basis, Building Engineering Technology, Building Art, Building Equipment Engineering Technology. It also has Building Materials Lab, Building Equipment Engineering Lab, Building Engineering Cost Lab, Painting Room, Building Modals Real Training Room and five Real Training Rooms outside campus. The Department has good corporations with a number of scientific research units, designing companies and building companies.


  Building Engineering Department has Building Engineering Technology, Building Engineering Cost, Architecture Decoration Technology, Environment Art, Decoration Art, Building Equipment Engineering Technology, Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning Technology majors. The Department has knowledgeable and experienced teaching staff. Most teachers have the experience of working in building engineering companies or decoration companies. Teachers have won good reputations of students and parents for preparing their lessons carefully and guiding students patiently.

  1. Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning Technology
  Training Objectives:
  Cultivate high-level application talents engaged in technology management, operation maintenance, installation, and designing of modern buildings, plant areas and water, heating and electricity systems of cities.
  Main Courses:
  Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning, Cold and Heat Source Engineering, Air-conditioning Equipment and Electricity Control, Pump and Fan, Air-conditioning Energy Saving Technology, Air-conditioning CAD, Air-conditioning Budget and List Valuation, Air-conditioning Equipment and Electricity Control, Maintenance of Home Electrical Appliance, Electrical Engineering Technology, Operation Management of Building Equipment and Construction Technology and Construction Arrangement.


  2. Project Cost
  Training Objectives:
To cultivate the application – oriented professionals have the solid theory foundation of Management, Economics and Architecture, and grasp the advanced technical skills for Architectural Engineering and Project Cost, especially they have strong ability to engaged in Project Cost Management, Bid & Tender, Budget & Final Account and Analysis on Project Investment。
  Main Courses:
  Architectural CAD, Reading and Drawing on Architecture, Building Materials, Construction & Organization, Installation & Construction Technology, Decoration Construction Technology, Architectural Project Management, Project Economy, Construction Regulation, Measurement of Architecture, Budget of Construction, Project Contract Management, Quota & Budget of Installation, Budget of Architectural Decoration, Project Bill Pricing, Project Cost Control and Principle & Practice of Project Construction quota, and so on.


  3. Environmental Art Design
  Training Objectives:
  To cultivate the comprehensive quality for being adapted to modern urban development, who master the theory of environmental art design, and also have strong ability in applying theory to practice.
  Main Courses:
  Reading and Drawing on Architecture, Living Space Design, Courtyard Design, Quarters Planning Design, Urban Public Space Design, Computer-aided Design, Commerce Space Design, Catering & Entertainment Space Design, Office Space Design, and the like.


  4. Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology
  Training Objectives:
  To foster highly-qualified applicative intellectuals who have both ability and moral integrity, are initially trained for engineer and will undertake the related work such as planning of architectural decoration, interior design budget and the execution and management of architectural decoration.
  Main Courses:
  Architectural Graphing, Architectural Design &Construction, CAD/3Dmax/Photoshop, Building and Ornament Materials, Interior Design,Construction Technology of Architectural Decoration, Architectural Decorative Structure, Architectural Decoration Budget Estimate, Organization and Management of Building Decoration, etc..


  5. Art Deco Design
  Training Objectives:
  To foster highly-qualified applicative intellectuals who have both ability and moral integrity, are initially trained for engineer and will undertake the related work such as interior art design and the planning of architectural decoration.
  Main Courses:
  Recognition of Construction Drafts and Drawing, CAD/3Dmax/Photoshop, Building and Ornament Materials, Architectural Decorative Structure, Interior Art Design, Construction Technology of Architectural Decoration and Architectural Decoration Budget Estimate, etc.


  6. Water supply and sewerage engineering
  Training Objectives:
  For modern requirements of architecture development and urban construction, to train advanced and practical talent who can undertake the detailed estimate, construction, project management, operation management, product marketing, product marketing of water, heat or electricity supply system for water supply and sewerage works of modern construction or of the city.
  Main Courses:
  Construction CAD hydromechanics, water pump and pumping station, water examination technology, water supply and sewerage engineering, water treatment engineering, water supply and sewerage piping engineering, budget and price list of water supply and sewerage engineering, refrigeration technique and equipment, electric works of construction, electric control of water supply and sewerage engineering, CAD engineering drawing of water supply and sewerage engineering, etc.
